Tavistock Heritage Open Days, 6th - 15th September 2024

Heritage Open Days is an annual celebration of England’s history and this year it is celebrating its 30th Anniversary.
Each September thousands of volunteers across the country invite you to experience local history, architecture and culture.
AND IT’S ALL FOR FREE.

There are multiple events happening around Tavistock and as this year’s national theme is Routes – Networks – Connections, there will be a rare opportunity for people to learn more about the town’s maritime history thanks to the opening of a new exhibition in the Guildhall.
